Mike joined Service Management Systems in 1999 and was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Operations. From there he was tasked with providing leadership to PrimeFlight Aviation Services and was named President. After achieving major success with PrimeFlight, Mike returned to Service Management Systems in August of 2009 as President. He serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville.
